Smart Connect Electrics agrees to adhere to the limited time offer based on the following:

• Standard installation where there is an existing light. We depend on the information you give us being correct. You will be liable for any additional costs should this not be the case.
• Offer is for a Ventair Middy’s Petrus DC 48″ / 1200mm 4 Blade White Ceiling Fan with 20W LED only.
• Price shown includes ceiling fan with light and remote. Any additions will be charged accordingly
• Offer valid within 50km of Narre Warren South, Vic.
• Offer valid until 22.12.24.
• Disposal of packaging, removal of rubbish and clean-up of the install area will be provided
• An Electrical Safety Certificate will be provided
• Payment is to be made within 7 days of invoice being received
• If the existing wiring does not comply with current regulations, we must update it to ensure compliance and any costs associated with this will be discussed and need to be agreed upon prior to any works being done
• Any additional ceiling fans will be at a cost of $375 including GST
